1. Data controller

The controller of personal data for this site is PT Digital Karya Bangsa ("Digibangsa", "we", "us"), located at G-Land Padalarang Estate No. 4, Desa Kertajaya, Kec. Padalarang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. This policy has been prepared with reference to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the "PDP Law") and related regulations.

2. Data we collect

a. Data you provide

The consultation form on this site does not store data on our servers. When you press the submit button, the form contents are composed into an email draft in your own email app, and we only receive it after you send it to hello@digibangsa.com. The data we receive may include:

• Your full name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number;
• The name of your company or startup;
• The services you are interested in and the message you write;
• Follow-up correspondence via email, WhatsApp, or meetings.

b. Data collected automatically

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access time, recorded by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

We do not request specific personal data (such as health, biometric, or personal financial data) through this site. Please do not submit such data through the form.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process your personal data to:

• Respond to your consultation requests and questions — basis: your consent;
• Prepare proposals and carry out our engagement — basis: performance of a contract;
• Keep the site secure and prevent misuse — basis: legitimate interest;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations — basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data and do not send bulk marketing materials without your consent.

4. Sharing data with third parties

Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the purposes above, with parties bound by confidentiality obligations, namely:

• Our site hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, Vercel Inc.);
• The email and messaging service providers we use to follow up on your request (for example, our company email provider and WhatsApp);
• Competent authorities, where required by laws and regulations.

5. Transfers of data outside Indonesia

Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside Indonesia. In such cases, we ensure that the provider offers an equal or higher level of data protection, or that adequate contractual safeguards are in place, as required by the PDP Law.

6. Retention period

Prospect data is kept for no longer than 2 (two) years from the last contact if it does not lead to an engagement. Data related to an agreement is kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for as long as required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), need-to-know access restrictions, and confidentiality agreements. In the event of a personal data protection failure, we will notify you and the relevant authority within 3 × 24 hours in accordance with the PDP Law.

8. Your rights as a data subject

Under the PDP Law, you have the right to:

• Obtain information about and access a copy of your personal data;
• Update or correct inaccurate data;
• Request the deletion or destruction of your data;
• Withdraw your consent to data processing;
• Object to certain processing activities;
• Request that processing be postponed or restricted.

Send your request to hello@digibangsa.com with the subject "Personal Data Request". We will respond within 3 × 24 hours of receiving your request and may ask you to verify your identity first.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. If we use analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated to explain the types of data involved and how to opt out.

10. Children's data

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18.
