Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Digibangsa website.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the digibangsa.com website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by PT Digital Karya Bangsa ("Digibangsa", "we", "us").

2. Nature of the information on the Site

The content on the Site is general information about our services and does not constitute a binding offer, legal advice, or a guarantee of any particular result. Scope, fees, schedules, and deliverables apply only as set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by the parties.

3. Separate service agreements

Every service engagement (including IT assessment, system integration, RPA & AI, and product development) is governed by a separate agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and a service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or act on behalf of another party without authorization;
  • Send spam or malicious code, or attempt to compromise the security of the Site;
  • Perform automated scraping at a volume that burdens the Site or for unlawful purposes;
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual property rights

All text, designs, logos, and materials on the Site are the property of PT Digital Karya Bangsa or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-party system names and trademarks

The names of systems, agencies, and third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site — such as SNAP BI, QRIS, Coretax, INAPORTNET, OSS RBA, SATUSEHAT, and OpenClaw — belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned solely to describe the scope of our services and do not imply any affiliation, official partnership, or endorsement by the trademark owners.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, including access disruptions, errors in information, or decisions made solely on the basis of the Site's content.

9. Privacy

The handling of personal data you submit through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect once they are published on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, the parties agree to settle the dispute through the competent district court in Indonesia.
