IT Assessment & SDLC Audit Services

Know the real state of your IT systems and processes

Discuss your needs

Challenges

Does this sound familiar?

  • Features ship slowly and often introduce new bugs
  • No documentation — only one or two people understand the system
  • Cloud and vendor costs keep rising with no clear explanation
  • Security gaps that have never been examined

Scope

What you get

The final scope is tailored to your needs and agreed in the proposal.

SDLC maturity score

An assessment of each area: requirements, design, coding, testing, release, and operations.

Architecture & code review

Findings on technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and scalability risks.

Security assessment

A review of common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), secrets management, and access control.

Improvement roadmap

Prioritized recommendations, from 30-day quick wins to a 6–12 month plan.

Process

How the work is done

  1. 1

    Kick-off & scoping

Agree on the scope, the systems involved, and the people to interview.

  2. 2

    Data collection

Team interviews and a review of repositories, pipelines, and infrastructure.

  3. 3

    Analysis

Evaluate findings against best practices and your business context.

  4. 4

    Presentation & roadmap

A written report and a presentation session for management and the team.

Target outcomes

  • IT investment decisions based on data, not assumptions
  • A clear list of risks, each with an owner and a priority
  • SDLC standards your internal team can adopt

FAQ

Questions about IT Assessment & SDLC

How long does an IT assessment take?

Typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the number of systems and the depth of review agreed during scoping.

Do we need to give you access to our source code?

For code and architecture reviews, yes — with read-only access and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed before any work begins.

Can Digibangsa also carry out the improvements?

Yes, but it is not required. The roadmap is written so it can be executed by your internal team, your current vendor, or our team.
